Who is CTG
CTG is a global Leadership and Coaching consultancy working across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and North and South America. We are made up of business experienced coaches and expert Facilitators located across the globe who collaborate together and deliver without the use of Powerpoint. We are experts in leadership and management development as well as executive coaching and we are organisational members of the International Association of Coaching, Organisational members of the European Mentoring and Coaching Confederation as well as accredited to deliver Leadership and Coaching programmes for the Institute of Leadership and Management (The ILM).
What we do
We work with companies and leaders across the globe. We help their leaders explore then unlock their potential helping them to become the best version of themselves, creating teams that want to perform at the highest level, driven by their passions and talents and committed to creating impact through contribution. We work with Leaders one on one both virtually and in person as well as in groups developing Leadership insight and growth programmes that both develop and inspire a life - long love of learning.

Everything we do at CTG is about inspiring development whether it be a team meeting reviewing the last quarter or a Leadership development programme Kick off event. Every workshop and every coaching session is measured in the same way. Did it inspire you and how have you grown because of it? How do we do it
Most importantly we start by building a relationship with our clients to really understand and get your priorities before we start work with you and from there design and build programmes that are aligned to your values, growth plans and leadership gaps. We can run one off Leadership Summits for 300 + people or an intimate development group for 6 senior leaders over the course of 12 – 18 months. We have signature workshops on Resilient Leadership, Leadership Signature and The Enabling Leader which we deliver onsite or virtually for groups or alternatively we can design a programme with you to cater for a specific group of Leaders within the business. Because we have facilitators and coaches across EMEA, APAC and the US (north and south) we can run global programmes to scale at short notice as well delivering high end one to one executive coaching for senior leaders.
